As with everything at the Imperial we go out of our way to ensure that we offer quality and choice and hopefully surprise our customers.

Teas, We serve variety of teas ranging from standard infusion teas up to herbal and special unblended single estate teas; each tea will have it's unique aroma, flavour and after taste.

Real Ale, We take great pride in the quality of our real ales and go out of our way to ensure that our discerning customers enjoy the depth and richness of a beverage that has centuries of tradition.


Wine, Our wines are very carefully chosen from around the world and are presented on both The Bar & Restaurant wine list and on The Fine wine list that include wines from the great Chateaux of France and other special wines from around the world.


Whisky, We are equally particular with the range of Whiskies that we offer ranging from the standard popular blended malts to really special single malts such as Ardbeg 1974 Connoisseaurs choice (34 years old) and Briuchladdich Moine Mhor.


Brandy, Gin and Rum we have an excellent, varied and interesting selection of spirits and liquors.

We serve lunch from 11am until 2pm, then open for dinner from 5pm until late.
